Volunteer programme

Dear all,

Could you please check my English below? I'm writing this to inform my colleagues that I organizing the new volunteers programme and I let them know where I put the application forms and request them to keep the filled-in forms.





"I would like to inform you that there is the (*organization name) Volunteers recruitement programme for the period of August to October. The application forms can be found in the the drawer C if you are asked for it. I would be grateful if you could keep the returned forms in the yellow envelop which I put in the drawer C."
