Voices/tenses/useofhave

Please suggest


Auxiliary + verb ED is passive voice but verb + noun is active voice (in simple present)

He is good(active) vs he is tired(passive)

Is that right, if yes please explain why is that


SIMILARLY


he is being stupid (active) vs work is being done(passive)-


Being able to it (active)

Being a part of this group (active)

I'm being manipulated (passive)
