Voiced sound vs voiceless sound

help me please.. I still confused, differencies between voiced sounds and voiceless sounds.
I hope all of you can answer and explain it

Hi, Voiced sounds make your throat vibrate. You can feel it if you put one hand on your Adam's apple and then say 'ooooh'. Voiceless sounds don't make your throat vibrate.
