Voice-over, report

Hi,

"They dubbed over the English language with a voice-over."

"The original dialogue was dubbed-over with a voice-over.

"There was a voice-over placed on top of the original dialogue."

"There was a French voice-over on top of the original dialogue."

"I heard a French voice simultaneously on top of the orignal dialogue."

Are all of these possible?

1) When you report a transaction (in accounting), do you say 'in' or 'on' a T-account?

"You have to report this transaction on/in your 'Administrative expenses' account. (I know that we use 'in' with accounts, but I wonder if that changes when we put 'report' before it.)

Thank you.
