To change to passive voice you must first find the object of the sentence, if there is one.

If there is no object, you can't change it to passive voice.

Only transitive verbs - verbs that have a direct object - can be put into the passive. The verb "work" is typically intransitive, as it is in this sentence - there is no direct object. In order to change to passive you'd have to first modify the original sentence. For example:
