Vocabulary - Which option is correct?

Hi all,

I'd like to ask you some questions:

1) What's the name of the population of Yemen? Yemenites or Yemeni?

2) Does a process "end" or "finish"?

3) Can I use preponderant to describe data?

example: water consumption: 75% agriculture, 25% households = Water consumption is preponderant in agriculture

4) is it better to use "in particular" or "specifically"/"especially"? Which option sounds more natural?

Thank you for your help!!
