Hi English teachers,
if someone send me the wrong goods which do not tally with the invoice. Can I say the goods are 'spurious'?

Because the supplier is going to rectify the order, it can be assumed he is an honest supplier and made an error therefore it is not correct for you to claim the goods are spurious; unless as Blue Jay writes you believe the goods are forged or counterfeit.
Without knowing all the reasons behind your order and relationship with the supplier it would not be correct in this instance
