Vocabulary question no. 75: on the subway - what do we say in a situation like that?

Hello there,

I'm looking for a verb that could be used in the situation when there's a lot of people on the subway and when the doors open some people want to get out of the train and they push others aside. Or, when some people want to get on the train but they can't even wait until some passangers get off first.

I've found a word to scuffle but I'm not sure if that's what native speakers would use.

Thank you

Sorry, perhaps my description was inaccurate. I wanted to find a verb that could be used in a situation like that so that I could say:

Please stop...

a) forcing your way?
b) pushing your way?
c) something more native-like...

Thank you.

If I may, is this the only expression that you'd use?

Thank you.

How about:

- to elbow
- to jostle

Don't elbow your way to the door. Just ask people politely to move aside so you can exit.
