Vocabulary question no. 70: delivery man? repairman?

Dear All,

I'm trying to find one word to replace the underlined parts of these sentences:

1) Could you please call the man who was supposed to fix my computer and ask him if it's ready?

2) Could you please call an express-delivery company and ask for a delivery man to come and pick up my parcel?

The second sentence sounds particularly unnatural to me...

Thanks

I can't see any possibility for a single-word replacement for the words in (1). For (2), you could simply say 'someone'.
