Dear All,

Are both table tennis racket and paddle commonly used?

One American guy claims that the former isn't used at all and a Canadian guy claims it's a nonexistent term.

I don't know. Is it a Chinese dictionary? The Chinese know all about table tennis or ping-pong.

In table tennis the ball is hit with a bat or (chiefly N. American) a paddle.
