Vocabulary question no. 16: welcome/warm welcome/warmingly welcome

Dear Learners and Teachers,

I'd like to ask about the word welcome

If I'm preparing a PPT and I want the first slide to be filled with some opening words, can I say:
  1. Welcome for Mr. XYZ
  2. Welcome to Mr. XYZ
  3. Welcome for the Pakistani Delegation
  4. A warm wecome to the Pakistani Delegation
Which ones are correct? I normally use the word welcome in a very simple way... for example Welcome in the UK!

Thanks
