Vocabulary of a receptionist
Hi everybody,
I would like to broaden my vocabulary on this topic (important words and expressions for a receptionist). Could you suggest a good page to me? I just started with this (google, first hit for the key expression: 'vocabulary for a receptionist'):

But I really don't know whether it is grammatically correct or not. Aaaand, BBC stuffs. Maybe that is better.
