Hello, everyone. I’ve recently come across the expression, “that’s not my speed”. After quite a few desperate attempts to look it up in plenty of dictionaries I’m kindly asking you to make it clear. As I figured, the expression has pretty much the same meaning as the well-known idiom “not my cup of tea” yet I’m not sure those two are interchangeable. If there is at least a subtle distinction between the two expressions, please, break it down to me. Thank you in advance.
You should give the context that you heard it in.
