Vocabulary for Foreign Language Didactics

Hi,

At my university, we often have debates on didactics and methods for teaching a class. Now we usually use English in class to discuss everything. The problem, however, is that our books are in Dutch. I ocassionally find myself having trouble finding the right words for specialized terms.

Does anybody know a good website where I can find loads of words, glossaries, explanations and the like?

Of course, I could simply buy a English book on didactics, but since most of them are pretty expensive, I'd like to give the internet a try first.

Nope. Maybe a stupid question, but how would you suggest I use it?

Well, you can use Google translate to get the Dutch word into English, and then look it up. (It uses a flexible word match, and covers specialized dictionaries)
You can also use the Dutch-Englsh dictionary to get a handle on the English word to start with.
Are these words so specialized that they do not appear in any dictionary?

dokterjokkebrokWhat I did do was buy (read: download) the Longman Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics Dictionary. Now, I know you're going to say, 'hey, but isn't that English only?'. Yes, you're right, it is, but the entries and definitions in it are very good and detailed, which makes it very easy for me to match the English terms with the Dutch ones. Very useful!
