Meaning can only be as precise as the context in which the word is used.
But my approach is this:

capacity - it can be used in context of space, volume or physical limitation. i.e. This auto manufacturing plant has the capacity to produce 200 cars a day. Or, XYZ hotel was booked to capacity for the Christams week.( meaning no more rooms available)

oh!!! yes of course, it was an error in my mind. I have noticed this misprint only now.
