Vocabulary about questionnaire

I listed 10 questions in a questionnaire and sent it to 100 people. 90 of them completed the questionnaire and returned them to me.

Shall I say I have sent out 100 copies of the questionnaire or questionnaires ? I have received 90 responses, replies or feedbacks.

Thank you.

Thank you very much Clive.

I thought I have to use 'them' because each one of them return one copy of the questionnaire to me and it is a total of 90 copies.

If I sent out 100 copies online and received 90 responses and conducted 70 face to face survey, I would have 160 copies of quesetionnaire / reponses / questionnaires to compile my data base.
