Hello everyone,

Is "although" used correctly in the following sentence?

I expect to have a real big year in 1970, although, because I really have the motivation.

I got it from "fraze it.com", but I changed "though" into "although". I think "although" isn't okay. Is my guess correct?

P.S. I think the sentence contains two errors, which are "expect" and "have". They should have been "expected", "had". Am I right?

No. The quote could have come from a newspaper dated December, 1969.
