If you ask someone to tell you if your answer to a question is right or wrong, is is it okay to use the verbs "verify" and "confirm" as follows?

1. Could you please confirm my answer to this question?

2. Could you please verify my answer to this question?

In the case of "confirm", however, my personal choice is to say

Can/Could you please confirm that my answer (to this question) is right?

You can use this pattern for "verify" as well.
