Rover_KE, thank you for your answer! I've always considered this word in the positive sense. Though, when I looked it up in the Cambridge Dict., I got confused. It presented the way that in the US English, it means "very good", but in general, it means "causing great admiration, respect and FAIR" (to my surprise).
