I'm afraid it does not make sense. What does a Christmas holiday have to do with September? Did you receive payment for the ad publication?

What does a Christmas holiday have to do with September?
Did you receive payment for the ad publication?
The first sentence probably should be: We will not publish your job ad originally scheduled for the September 3rd edition because we did not receive the payment before the due date.
I'm not sure about the rest, because I don't know if you have since received the payment, and are asking for a new publication date or not.
