Vocabulary

Many times I find words which I don't know their definition, and sometimes I don't find them in a dictionary. or that when I do find, there are various different meanings and I can't determine which of them is appropriate...

I need advices...maybe a complete dictionary?

you should read it in context.... the words preceding and following the unknown one usually hint at it's meaning. I learnt a lot of words that way.
