A "soft drink" is any drink that is carbonated...though, in practice (in the U.S.), it only refers to carbonated beverages that have been sweetened.

A non-alcoholic drink is...well, any drink that doesn't have alcohol in it. If you're in a bar and order something non-alcoholic, you'll likely get a "soft drink
