can we use third form with did???for eg Emotion: big smileid you finished your worked?Is it true sentence ur false?If false please specify this by giving some examples?

You nearly have it right - you can indeed use 'did' but you would have to say - 'Did you finish your work?' Emotion: smile

We don't say that sentences are true or false (at least not in a grammatical sense). They are correct or incorrect.

We say 'Did you finish your work?' 'Do you want a drink?' 'Does he take sugar?'

After modal or auxiliary verbs we use the bare infinitive or base form of the verb.

I assume by third form you mean the past participle: go, went, gone.

No. You can't use the past participle with did. Did you gone? is wrong.
In fact, you can't use the second form (the past) with did either. Did you went? is also wrong.
You can only use the first
