vocab SIT B

Hello, Could you please explain to me what could be the meaning of 'sit b' expression? I heard today a native speaker use it while talking about exams? I'm not sure of the way it is written 'sit b' or 'sit be'. Or maybe 'citb'. Have you got any ideas about its meaning? Thanks.

The most likely explanation is that the person was saying "should be" but was speaking rapidly and slurring his words so that it came out sounding similar to "sit be." Some people talk like that.
