Vocab question: qualms, misgivings and doubts in one sentence

Dear Users,

May I use these 3 words in one sentence?

I have a piece of good news to share! I've spoken with my HR manager, and he has no doubts, qualms or misgivings about providing me with a letter authorizing me to seek employment as an adjunct lecturer with BCU. As a matter of fact, he expressed his support, and is in favor of the idea.

Thanks!

Perfect Stranger May I use these 3 words in one sentence? You may, but it is egregious overkill. Why not write good, simple English?

Perfect StrangerI actually used a comma before and is in favor of the idea... Is that an error?
Yes, an error. You cannot put one comma between subject and verb.

Is it a huge error? Do you think it will affect the person's impression of me? She's a native speaker.

It just seems a bit over the top in enthusiasm for a college lecturer. It is natural enough.
