Vocab question no. 37 - can /shed a tear/ be used in present tenses?

Hello there,

I was wondering if we can use to shed a tear in present tense contexts. I usually see this expression used in the following (past-related) fashion:

She didn't even shed a tear after her husband's death.

Would it be correct to say:

1. I dedicate this song to all girls who know how to shed a tear.
2. This song is for all girls who are able to shed a tear.
3. This song is for girls who can shed a tear.

Thanks a million for any comments

They are all quite fine. The phrase is, however, highly stylistic.
