Vocab question no. 29 - to vomit with sth?

Hi,

I'm looking for a word/phrase/expression that expresses a person's extreme tiredness of/with a place or thing. When someone is so fed up with doing something that it's literally killing him or her. In some languages there's an expression that could be translated into vomit with sth for example: I'm so fed up with my job that I feel like vomiting with it. I'm pretty sure it's incorrect though. What do native speakers say? It has to be something that expresses extremely strong emotions.

Thanks

Thanks Philip. Hmm.. I assume then that vomiting with sth is not native-like?
