Question

some one ask me how do we use hubble boble?!?!i am not sure if i write the word in a correct way but my exact question is if we say" i smokes hubble bubble" or "i used hubble bobble"?!?!?thanks

the word is spelt hubble-bubble, and it should be properly used with the verb 'smoke'. For the sake of convenience, compare hubble-bubble with tobacco: we say to smoke tobacco, but not *to use tobacco. Though, you may perhaps say that one uses hubble-bubble for smoking, but it is still preferable to stick to the word smoke.

SunnyShiny, please note some synonyms for the word. They are kalian, narghile, water pipe, and hookah.

Anyway, do not let this phrase (about smoking hubble-bubble) slip into a real-life practice - that may damage your health severely, which should not happen

and thanks for the vocabulary that you mentioned i think they are same as hubble-bubble but used in differnt languages.
for instance we use Kalian in Farsi.

Here is an example I took from www.americancorpus.org
Later I sat in the tearoom by the guardhouse puffing on a hubble-bubble pipe

This expression is not in wide use in the USA, as www.americancorpus.org indicates
Another word, hookah, has more use in the USA, here is one example I found:

Gadn lounged on the far side of the spacious tent, puffing on his hookah and waiting for the diagnosis of his grossly thin cat

From all these pointers you can easily glean the pattern of how it is used in the States: "we puff on hookah/hubble-bubble pipe"

BTW, all that equipment used for inhailing/snorting/smoking/sniffing any forms of drugs is collectively called "drug paraphernalia". And in the USA if a law enforcement officer finds you in possession of drug paraphernalia, you may well go to "the big house"

In addition, we in the arab world call it Argileh (Nargileh) in Arabic and Hubbly-Bubbly in English..
We say like.. I do smoke Argileh... or something like that.. and actually I do from time to time
