Vocab and grammar questions

Would someone be so kind please as to answer my questions?

Is this correct?
The most sure means of transportation is the airplane in ration of flights to crashes.

Is muffin texture what to say?
They sell this chocolate chip cookie with a muffin texture.

How should I say this?
Can I get this dish with /in the menu or is it extra?

He wants to throw away his gum and says:
This trashcan is for paper, the other for plastic, and one for glass, but what category does gum fall under?

Is wear off correct?
The caffeine is wearing off.

Is wave correct?
If I get over the wave of being tired, I can go another hour. I am tired by waves.

I couln't find impactful in the dictionary, is that correct?
It's more impactful if you call than your parents.

Is this natural?
The person I am calling on behalf of is John.

Tie the boat to shore/pier before letting people off.

Does a door handle go down?
The door won't lock. The door handle just goes down/opens when trying to open the door.

Hi That's quite a lot of questions! I would say, to the first two: 1) 'With regard to the ratio of journeys to accidents, airplane travel is the safest' 2) That looks fine to me. I assume that it means the cookie has a soft texture Dave

That's quite a lot of questions! I would say, to the first two:

1) 'With regard to the ratio of journeys to accidents, airplane travel is the safest'

2) That looks fine to me. I assume that it means the cookie has a soft texture
