1. "Ménage à trois" (actually a French term but used in English too) and "love triangle" are possibilities. The first means that the three people engage in sexual activity all together or in various pairings with everyone's knowledge and consent, while the second usually just means that A and B both love C. A plainer sexual term is "threesome" (use with caution in this sense).

2. "Present" or "Here" or "Yes miss/sir" (unless it's changed recently!)

3. Depends what you mean by "cute". If you want a derogatory term for a cocky boy then possibilities are "know-it-all", "smart-****" (vulgar; do not use in polite company), "smart alec", "smartie-pants" (somewhat juvenile) and "wise-guy" (none of these are specific to boys, they could be used of anyone). If you meant "cute" in an attractive way then I can't offhand think of any single words apart from "cutie", which is usually applied to girls. You could use it for a very young boy I suppose, but it might be a bit weird to apply it to an older one.

The book, written by Roché, is based on a real-life triangle of Roché himself, another writer and an American artist named Beatrice Wood.
