Hello... Do you say mow the lawn or cut the lawn/grass? Is it appropriate to use cut the grass?

Any word to replace chauffeuring?

Thanks Emotion: smile

I usually use "mow the lawn" or "cut the grass".

I have also heard "mow the grass", but it is more infrequent.

I don't think I have ever heard "cut the lawn". It sounds awkward.

This is most natural for me too. Must be a regional thing? ("Cut the lawn" sounds like your cutting out pieces for laying sod, but that's just me.)
