Their friends will probably ask you things like this:
How are you enjoying your stay?
Is it what you expected?
How long will be you be here?
What have you done so far?
What are your plans while you visit?
How long has it been since you've seen your cousins?
Is the weather like this at home? (We love to talk about the weather!)

A lot of people will ask 'How ya doin?'

Always answer 'Good, thanks', even if you're not.

They don't speak fluently in your language either! So they might feel stupid too.
Add a few phrases in your language - they might like to learn their ancestral language.
Maybe your language has words that English doesn't - like your father's sister, your mother's sister-in-law.
These are "aunt" in English
