Visitor Badge

I am working on the wording of a visitor badge. Could someone please take a look and proofread it for me?

The visitor's data has been registered, so please at all times wear the badge on the right side of your chest while in the building. Return it to the security counter when leaving the building.

"Please wear the badge on the right side of your chest while in the building. Return it to the security counter when leaving the building" are direct instructions to the visitor. "The visitor's data has been registered" is about the visitor and what you would say to another employee.

  • "Please wear the badge on the right side of your chest while in the building.
  • Return it to the security counter when leaving the building" are direct instructions to the visitor.
  • "The visitor's data has been registered" is about the visitor and what you would say to another employee.
  • "Your data" is what you would say to the visitor.
  • "at all times" and "while in the building" might be somewhat redundant but probably okay.
