Visit by/for/to

We have a morning huddle before we start work to discuss any issues and try to resolve them.
We are a big team including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and support workers who provide a pharmaceutical service to the wards. Sometimes we don't have a pharmacist in the morning on some wards so which preposition is correct to express the idea:

pm visit by the pharmacist for ward no or name
Pm visit by the pharmacist to the ward no or their name
