Vision of a patient with Astigmatism

Hi please correct this paragraph for me . Thank you so much.

The patient has astigmatism and farsightness at birth. The doctors say her eye can never be corrected because it is hereditary and the whole system is off. Interestingly although her left eye has that problem, her right eye is 20/20. This makes her realizes her problem on the left eye on the 4th grade. The right eye is so dominant that it can receive all information the brain needs to see things. She does use patching to cover the right eye to force the left eye work. But it is less consistent when she grows old as she has more to study and work. Also, when patching, her left eye still sees thing blurry through the glasses. She doesn't remember what the doctor explained, but even when she wears her eye glasses, it makes her right eye can work longer without pain with the help of the left eye, but the left eye cannot see perfectly. Her eye results are always the same and don't improve or get worse. At the same time her right eye sometimes has pain, even does the right hemisphere because it works a lot or it happens the whole day since she wakes up. Her right eye also has a new wrinkle near the lid, which means it is getting more tired.
