violation of Government Law

Dear Dr. Shah, Thanks for the email. According to the labor law article # 7 Paragraph # 5 in one department two person from one family cannot work, especially one is supervisor and the other is subordinate is absolutely not possible therefore, I regret to tell you that the admin/finance department rejects your brother’s employment as regional officer under your supervision.
As this is violation of Government Law, for which we are not allowed to do so and this will have serious negative consequences not only for our organization but also for your carrier.  Therefore we are unable to approve / accept your brother contract.
We will be glad to give him an opportunity in our other projects in near future.
Hope you understand our situation and would not take it personal.
