Vietnam

Dear Teachers,

- Manufacturers in the worlds when they give out their products which have errors, they immediately apologize and revoke/ withdraw or make up or compensate for their customers. Recent cases/incidents such as FORD’S Cars had unsafe details, NESTLE’S Milk was infected with ink was all revoked. That means Manufacturers very obey/ observe the law regulations , keeping prestige of trade name is the target to protect consumers’ rights, and mainly is to protect manufacturers’ interest/ benefit.

- Meanwhile in Vietnam, exclusive industries often defy/ ignore customers’ damage, typically/symbolically the case/ the incident electrical galvanometer in HCM City, the case make an error in counting telephone cost, the cases not announcing in advance late or canceling flights. Because customers need them, not because they need customers so that they needn’t keep their prestige, they even don’t deal with/ handle their responsibilities on time, and customers have to take the damage is normal. The “business culture” and “ market coping” of some exclusive industries seem to be too bad, they need to be discarded/ eliminated before Vietnam apply for membership to the WTO.

- Are these sentences natural?

- Thanks a lot to Teachers,
