What are the website, posting Hindi/English lessons for speaking,writing,grammer and various methodlogy so that I can make best effective use of it for advancement of self and others.

I am Suresh, a B.Com. graduate, very much interested in Hindi and English besides Tamil-my mother tongue.

you should try english-english distance learning options.

it would be more useful and effective.

You should try watching English movies / TV as well as reading alot of books. Thats how I improved my English.

Oh and try communicating with English-speakers.

You should try listening to English channels, they can help you learn prononciations and accent.

Moreover reading will help you in understanding grammer and tenses
