video tags (can someone help)

How would you write this sentence please? Especially "you will get videos with tags that have 'cars' in them"?

if you are looking for a video about cars and you type in 'red cars' you will only get 'video about 'red cars. If you only type 'cars' you will get videos with tags that have 'cars' in them such as the tags 'race cars', 'blue cars'.

Would this make sense? Is it correct?
The more general/less detailed the tags, the more hits your video will get.

Thanks

Here is how I would say it (note that I am using American style for the quotation marks): if you are looking for a video about cars and you type in "red cars , " you will only get video about red cars. " Would this make sense? Is it correct?
