Video about/on (preposition)

1) Hello everybody! I've been wondering for a long time now, whether we should say "I watched your video on psycholinguistics or about psycholinguistics".

2) Is it correct to say "I take pride in my team being good or I take pride in the fact that my team is good". And when do we use the fact that instead of the -ing form of a verb following a prepositon?

Thank you in advance!
