I'd prefer to say

She's not good at studying, but she's good at flirting with handsome men

She's not a good student, but she's an excellent flirt.

She doesn't study very well, but her flirting with handsome men is quite good.

The word "flirt" needs to be conjugated.

Try to avoid using "very well" twice like that.
