I have to write a letter of complain (for school) according task. Please, check my letter or/and add/change something in it.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a china figure which I ordered from your company. I believe your advertisement was very inacurate.
Firstly, the advertisement said that delivering tooks 10 days, but it tooks 3 weeks. I tried to call in your company, but nothing picked up the telephone.
Furthermore, china figure was cracked and looked unattractive. Your bad quality commodity couldn't be as a gift for my friend. Finally, your advertisement said what china figure comes on a wooden stand with a gold plaque where I engrae my chosen message, but the message was wrong.
As you can imagine I am extremely upset. I demand a partial refund in addition to an apology for the discomfort I suffered. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter as sonn as possible.
