It’ll work but I prefer “most suitable”. Some how “very” strikes me in an odd way in this context, perhap because of the patronizing tone.

Hi,

Thank you both for your comments.
Can we use 'best' here as in "He is best suitable for the job."?
Is there any differenc between 'very' and 'most' as in 'He is very suitable for the job.' and 'He is most suitable for the job.'? Thanks

No, you cannot use best to modify suitable. You could use best on its own though.
