Very nice and

Hello,

Which of the following is deducted from the sentence "You're very nice and cute."

1. Being nice and cute equally
2. Being nice and cute, but being more nice than cute.

Can we say "You're very nice and very cute." if we mean to use them equally?

Thanks.
