Very many, very much, very little, very few?

Hi,

Can I use them in the following way?

Not very many people have come to his wedding.
People who have come to his wedding are not very many.

There was not very much rain last year.
The rain was not very much last year.

There are very few cars in my area.
The cars in my area are very few.

When he died, he left very little money to his daughter.
When he died, the money he left to his daughter was very little.

These are OK; the others are not: Not very many people have come to his wedding. There was not very much rain last year. There are very few cars in my area.

These are OK; the others are not:

Not very many people have come to his wedding.
There was not very much rain last year.
There are very few cars in my area.
When he died, he left very little money to his daughter.

How should I correct the other four sentences?
Are they acceptable if I delete the "very”?
