Very less

Hi Everyone,

I just watched a grammar video from Let's Talk (Indian English language channel) and heard the teacher say the following sentence:

'The chances are very less.'

To my ear, this is grammatically wrong. Surely we can't say this, right?

Any opinions?

Thanks,

In a suitable context, you could say 'The chances are much very less.'
