Hi,
Can you correct the sentence and maybe use a different adjective?
1 The person saying this lives on the 10 floors and thinks the noise might be coming from somewhere between 20-30 floor or somewhere on the 2nd floor.
2 For us to hear the noise this faint, it must be coming either from very high or very low.
