VERY GOOD TERMS

Dear Teachers,

1. I think her grades aren't that hot.

- "aren't that hot" here means "aren't that good", right?

2. Teens by nature don't want to trust parents. I could go into a whole long spill about that.

- What does "long spill" mean here?

3. Tread carefully if you guys are not on very good terms.

- "are not on very good terms" means "don't get along very well", right?

Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
