Very difficult sentences

These following sentences might be grammatical, maybe not but are they natural? Could you help make them natural?

1) I've asked my clients what image they have me me. The first thing that came to their minds was 'nature' That is why I want to do a 'nature' based theme for my internet site.

2) It's a question of etiquette. I grew up having to say hello to everyone that comes into the elevator. I know lots of people don't say anything.

3) We have a ladder, we might as well put it to use/make use of it instead of using a chair.

4) The main reason for which we are making this trip I forgot at home. I was supposed to deliver papers that I forgot at home.

5) It'll cost me more in notary fees to buy this strip of land than the price of the land itself.

6) If we earn a small income, we pay little/fewer taxes.

7) Money is taken out of your paycheck each month that will entitle you to retirement pension in the future.

8) The person I am calling on behalf of is John.

9) I don't mind having her cut my hair.

10) My father is tenfold the person I am.
