Very confused

Am very confused about this
1.Am sick and I have been sick
2.am sick for 2 years and I have been sick for 2 years
What's the difference between them???

The first is not correct. I am sick now. My sickness began two years ago.

Please give your threads titles that show what is in the post.
If you are looking for this post later, "very confused" is not a very useful title.
"Am sick/have been sick" is a useful title.

I am sick. (Now; at this moment.)
I have been sick. (For some time; starting previously.)
I am sick for two years. (Impossible. "now" can't last two years. "now" is only this moment.)
I have been sick for two years. (You got sick two years ago; you are still sick.)
